• Hi

I can’t connect properly my WordPress site to WordPress.com
All the other websites on my dedicated server connect fine.

I tried deactivating all plugins and reverting to a basic template and the issue is still there

    When I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=my_jetpack
    the field “WordPress.com” is void

If I try to connect Protect I get the message :
“You need to get an API”
And if I try so I get the error ” Code : -32700, parse error. not well formed”

I installed the plugin “Core Control” in order to see what happens and the http answer seem fine.

    Thank you for your help

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
