    With the last two updates I lost the connection with my Facebook page.

    It gives me the option to connect in a different way. It creates a new catalogue with the facebook page but not with the Business Manager account as it was before. As I am configuring a complete new page. It doesn’t give the same rights as before.

    I am loosing lots of time in trying to understand the new way of configuring as it was before, so I don’t loose all the work and the information in my pixel account.

    As a results I have been having problems in my facebook add campaigns too ??

    What are the steps to fix this?

    Having exactly the same issue….I connect in with my account but despite the privileges being fine it won’t allow me to connect to the right page.

    It is also bringing in random pages of other customers through my business account rather than the ones I previously had setup.

    The plugin is essentially useless at the moment.

    got almost the same issue, when trying to connect the store to the business account. It just doesn’t show the necessary account but shows all other accounts, where I have admin rights.

    As a starting point, could you please share some additional details with me on what happens when you try to reconnect to Facebook? It sounds like you were previously connected to the correct account but have since lost that connection and are able to connect to a new account, but not the one that you were previously connected to. Is this correct? If you are seeing any error messages when trying to connect, could you please send me a copy of those as well?

    After trying a few more I was able to connect it, just not seeing the products updated even thought I just updated the connection. What should I do?

    I’m glad to hear that you are able to connect now!

    Would you please share some additional details with me on what isn’t being updated as expected? Are there products missing from your shop, or are you not seeing changes that were made to those products reflected in your Facebook shop?

    The products in the facebook shop are not updated. They are not the same as the WooCommerce. We added some in the last weeks, and they are not appearing. Even thought they were there when we reconnect it.

    Thanks for clarifying that for me. In this case, I’d like to try resetting the plugin back to a fresh install as a next step. You can do this by installing this small plugin we’ve created. This will add a new tool available at WooCommerce > Status > Tools called “Reset Facebook for WooCommerce settings”. Please click the Reset Settings button there, and then navigate back to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin settings screen to connecting again.

    Could you please let me know if you are able to reconnect after running through those steps?

    But this will disconnect the store again? Every time there is a disconection in the data between the wordpress and facebook it gives problems so I will not want to disconnect it ?? there is no other solution? It has just reconnect a few days ago

    I certainly understand not wanting to risk losing the connection, and I’m sorry for all of the issues you’re running into with the plugin! We are working with the Facebook team on getting some updates out to resolve these issues.

    In the meantime, we have found that the reset has been helpful for some users. If your products are not currently syncing correctly, then I would still recommend giving this a try. Could you please let me know how it goes?
