Can’t connect/login our trustindex account with plugins

We can’t connect our trustindex account with the plugin in wp backend on
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=review-widgets-for-booking-com%2Fsettings.php&tab=setup_trustindex_join
false password or account
Our same account / password on https://admin.trustindex.io/ works perfect !?
Any ideas? We have also try to disable our wp rocket cache plugin …

thank you for the feedback and support.
We have changed our password twice and afterthat we can successfully login to https://admin.trustindex.io/
But we can not logging with the same email/password in the plugin backend (see screenshot). We need that for the review automated reloading.
