Can't connect jetpack to wordpress

    i have installed jetpack plugin to my wordpress.
    when i clicked Connect to wordpress.com its showing some kind of error and i can’t connect to wordpress.
    it shows – Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL…..
    I have tried to enable these by going in setting=>writing=> WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically.
    since thing shown in few videos showed some what like that

    Jetpack uses your site’s XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. Unfortunately, there are some errors when we try to access this file right now:
    https://ourve.in/xmlrpc.php

    These errors appear to be caused by some configuration issues on your server. Could you contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable ini_set in their php configuration? That should solve the issue.
