Cant connect FTP

    When trying to install a plugin , WordPress asks access to the webserver using FTP.
    The right information is entered. But then it responds with the error; Failed to connect to FTP Server url.
    Other websites work just fine.

    How do I fix this?

    This sounds like permission issue, can you please try setting 755 permissions on /wp-content/plugins/ folder? Other than this it seems that FTP details provided are not ok, do the same details work in Filezilla for example?

    If your server does not allow auto-installation of the plugin, then consider installing plugins manually try with this:
