    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce Plugin Support. The error message indicates that the Europe/Kyiv time zone currently associated with your site is not supported by Facebook. This means that your site’s time zone setting does not match any of the time zones that Facebook supports for its integration with WooCommerce.

    To fix this issue, you need to change your site’s time zone to one of the supported time zones by Facebook. You can do this from WP-Admin > Settings > General. Here you can select a time zone from the drop-down menu that is compatible with Facebook. You can find the list of supported time zones by Facebook here.

    After changing your site’s time zone, please try to reconnect your site to Facebook and see if the issue is resolved.
