can’t connect

    Hi there, my feed isn’t displaying. when I go into my feed, settings, sources and click on the page it says invalid. I’ve tried clicking connect but it’s getting stuck on this page

    Hey @macpheek,

    Thank you for reaching out for assistance. I would recommend you reconnect your sources, by going to your WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Settings > General > Manage Source > then, remove your current source by clicking the trash icon. After this, in this same area click the “Add Source” button and go through the connection process again and click “Save changes”.

    Should you still have issues after this, please send a support request via our website here, including the System Info. To obtain this information, go to your WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed and click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page
