• Hi:

    Jetpack was running great on my site until I decided to update to WordPress 4.3. Then the plugin started to have problems so I decided to erase it and downgrade to the 4.2.4 again in order to have my site as before.

    But know I can’t connect with www.remarpro.com. Every time that I try I got this message:

    Invalid request, please go back and try again.
    Error Code: invalid_client
    Error Message: The required “client_id” parameter is missing.

    Would you be so kind to let me know what I can I do to fix it. I already try to erase it and install it again a couple of times but that didn’t work.

    Could you go to the Plugins menu in your dashboard, and deactivate the plugin? Once you’ve done so, delete the plugin by clicking on the Delete link in the Plugins menu.

    Then, reinstall from scratch.

    If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
