    I installed Jetpack CRM, uploaded contacts and set up Email using the Wizard.

    System sent a test message an all appears fine with sending messages by email.

    But when I clicked on an individual contact and click “Compose Email” button, no email message editor appeared.

    I purchased the Entrepreneur bundle and added Systems Email Pro CRM extension with no success.

    Has anyone had this experience? Is there a code snippet of plugin conflict I’m unaware of?

    Hi @crgbroker,

    Are you using Safari as your browser? If so, there is a known issue where the email message box is pushed to the bottom of the page. You will have to scroll all the way down to see the message box. Our developers are actively looking into this issue.

    I recommend you to try either Chrome or Firefox and see if the issue persists.

    Also, please note that we are not allowed to support premium plugins in these forums.

    Hi @crgbroker,

    Good news! With Jetpack CRM v.4.7.0, using Safari to send emails works as expected. I recommend updating your Jetpack CRM core to the latest version and give it a try.
