I’ve used clef on a number of sites. I downloaded the app for another site and got the following error:

“There was a problem creating a new Clef application for your WordPress site: Something is wrong with your CSRF token. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser, and try reloading this page. If you’re still having trouble, email [email protected] or visit getclef.com/csrf-issues.. Please refresh and try again. If the issue, persists, email [email protected].”

I’ve logged out numerous times, closed and restart clef mobil app, uninstalled and reinstalled clef plugin but no luck. Please help.

@nak_attack Can you send me an email ([email protected]) with answers to the following:

    1. the URL of the site for which you are seeing these errors,
    2. the name (and URL, if possible), of the theme you are using,
    3. whether your site sits behind a reverse proxy or firewall service or whether you are using a firewall plugin
    4. whether you have customized WP’s login/logout hooks in your theme’s functions.php or via a plugin

    Hello Lo,

I’ve begun a discussion with someone at [email protected] already. I’ll don’t want to post the info here as my client’s sites are still in development.

    Theme used: Nova 1.0.5
The site is not behind any firewall or a reverse proxy. I do use the brute protect plugin though.
I have not customized any login / logout hooks in my themes functions.php file or via a plugin.

Oh okay, sorry, I didn’t know you already emailed support. If you can email me ([email protected]) the email address and/or name you used to contact support, I’ll look into your ticket status. It could be that we’re waiting in line for some technical assistance from the engineering team.
