Cant complete setup wizard

    Hello, I have problem. I cant complete setup wizard. At the beggining it was possible to finish it but after finishing the wizard it took me to step one :/ Now when i cant even get past step two! I click on save and continue and it does not move. Did somebody experience similar problem? I would like to solve this problem :/ Thank you all in advance !

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.

    It sounds like there’s something preventing the setup wizard from fully completing as expected. Out of curiosity, are you running any security plugins that might be blocking visits to the URL https://www.energyelmax.cz/wp-admin/ or is there a firewall active by any chance?

    In case there is, the following domains need to be whitelisted in order for MonsterInsights and Google Analytics to work: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/domains-that-must-be-accessible-for-tracking/

    When trying to get past step two, would you be able to share a screenshot with me? Please open your browser’s console to monitor for any JavaScript errors, and then proceed to complete the setup wizard one more time (to trigger the errors, if any). I suspect that something errors out, preventing the save and continue button from working.
