    Hi, I can’t receive any payment since 17 Oct, I’m losing customers ??
    I have check with stripe, they mentioned that there is nothing wrong on their side. Can I know is there a plugin problem?

    I have actually tested myself $1 to see if the transaction go through. It does, but however, my subsequent customer who tried twice, the payment just doesn’t go through. Please advice.

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    To troubleshoot, please disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway extension. Check to see if the problem persists. If not, you can slowly reactive your plugins one at a time. After activating each plugin, please check if the problem has returned.

    If turning off your plugins does not resolve the error, please try switching to the default Twenty Sixteen WordPress theme and testing again.

    Please open a ticket with our support team if neither of these steps helps to resolve the issue. You can open a ticket by going to https://www.WooCommerce.com, then click on Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free plugins.. Please make sure to include a temporary Administrator username and password with your message, so that our team can take a look at your site.
