can’t complete installation of 2.7

Hi everyone
I have been using the training vieo’s of Gideon Shadwick from becomeablogger and have been unable to complete the installation. I follow the instructions from video 4, follow them completely, I googled the site, which came up fine.. but then Gideon instructs to complete the installation to my server I need to write the site name followed by /cpanel. However, when i do that ,I just get a page coming up telling me they can’t find this site.. I can’t get the site installed onto my server.
anyone know what the problem might be??? please, let me know, I appreciate any ideas.
