Can’t close popup

    Hi,

    Today I bought the premium version of this plugin. The Link is only an example, but

    How to close the popup? There’s no X, no close me Button and also touching outside won’t close the popup

    Help needed or it isn’t worth the money

    Hello Franz,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I noticed a jQuery error on your site that’s conflicting with a plugin and preventing the popup from closing. Could you please contact our developer on our site? They will fix the issue.

    Hello Alexander,

    I deactivated each and every plugin … cleared server-cache, behaviour is still the same. Even on you showcase site, the modal popup won’t close.
