Can't Click / Touch Backup Now

Using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 / Android / Latest version of Chrome.
When I click “Backup Now,” the pop up pops up with the options, and another Back Up Now button, but it’s all gray and nothing can be clicked or touched.
