Can’t Click “Text” Tab

When creating a new post, I am stuck on the “Visual” tab and clicking the “Text” tab does nothing. I have tried from multiple web browsers, and have also tried disabling plugins (did not fix the issue). Is anyone else having this problem since the latest update?
