Can’t Click CONTINUE

    Hi,

    Wordpress CSV Importer plugin recognizes only the UTF-8 encoded characters. You can check on the UTF-8 encoding with CSV Lint. Any chance if you are using Excel, we recommend you to use Google Sheets. Download the file from the google sheets in .CSV format and import the data because excel will miss some characters to be encoded to proper UTF-8.

    We imported out list into Sheets, converted it, saved it and tried to upload it, but the CONTINUE button is still greyed out whether we try in Firefox or Chrome.

    .csv lint only says we hav unclosed quotes, but what’s odd is there are no quotes in the text fields in the csv that show. They only show in what csv Lint displays.

    We can’t get any file, even a simple test file to make CONTINUE be actionable.
