Can’t checkout with discounted product in cart

  • The checkout page is not loading when we add a discounted product to the cart. I checked our error logs and get this error:

    “id was called incorrectly. Product properties should not be accessed directly.”

    The checkout does not load and eventually times out. We are running version 2.5.1 with WordPress 4.9.5 and Woocommerce 3.3.5

    We have deactivated the plugin for now.

    That error log will be pointing to a specific line of code, please provide that too.

    I am releasing a beta version but you need to test it by uninstalling the existing version and download/install the latest version.

    Once you will confirm me that it fixed the issues so i will release the final version.

    I’ve uninstalled the old plugin and installed the new one but the discounts are not being applied now. I can load the checkout page though.

    Ok, then give me a couple of days, i will check it thoroughly on my demo setup and will let you know. In fact you can test it with me on demo site. Reach me through contact page so i can send you a testing account login details.

    In fact i just tested it and it’s working. I think we should try it together. Please reach me through the demo site and i will provide you the login details. You will setup a product as you want and i will check it with you. I am uploading the latest version on demo website now.

    I just created a product “Product Alpha” with price $100 and with quantity based discount 2 = 10%. It’s working. Have a look here.

    FYI: It’s premium version installed.

    Hi Fahad, the test product does seem to be working. Is there a test plugin I can try on our website? We have the free version of the plugin at the moment.

    The same version is installed on demo website, i think me should turn PREMIUM version OFF and then you try it again. If FREE version works as well then you should check the other plugins which are conflicting with it.
