Cant checkout if shoppingcard has more items

    I noticed that some customers cancel their orders. upon some investigating i found out that my shopping card doenst work right. If many items are added you cant scroll down to the pay button. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi @susanmelchers,

    The cart display is majorly controlled by your theme. In this case, I suggest getting in touch with the theme authors to assist with the issue.

    Is there a temporary fix maybe? im loosing customers over this

    Hi @susanmelchers,

    You can try to use our default theme Storefront to see if that solves the problem for you. You can keep it active until you get a response from your theme developers so that your site continues to work.
