Can’t checkout form missing

This behavior can happen with some themes such as Avada, which we added compatibility with on the latest version (1.5.2).

We already have compatibility with the theme Blocksy. I just tested it again with that theme and it is working as expected.

1. Could you confirm if you are indeed using the Blocksy theme?

If so, please follow the instructions on this article to possibly find a conflicting plugin:
