    Hey there,

How are you? Hoping somebody could help me :).

Last year, in April, I started getting this message in most of the payments via “Accept Stripe Payments – Plugin” => “Can’t check payment validity. Aborting.”. I was checking cache plugins, cache from cpanel, and all regarding cache, and I think that is how I fixed it.

Since that, every month, there a couple of times, that this happens, I get that message, but I did not pay attention to it becuase it happened just few times.

However, since the 25th of february, it started happening for all payments, and again, I checked cache, and it seems it worked for a couple of days…I deactivate cache from WP and Cpanel, I have not changed anything else on the site, and since 2-3 days, again, 95% of payments, I have that message “Can’t check payment validity. Aborting.”.

Any idea, what it can be?

    Thanks so much.

  • Which API are you using at the moment? Make sure you disable the legacy API unless, for some reason… you cannot function without it.

You’ll find the setting under Stripe Payments – Settings – Advanced settings – Additional Settings – Enable Legacy Checkout API (you should uncheck it).
