Can’t change WP_SITEURL

I am using the bedrock WordPress: GitHub repo roots/bedrock. It will have to add /wp at the end of the URL. Problem is woo-alidropship is using WP_SITEURL as the URL for the REST API authenication. It will add /wp to the end of the URL. Can you allow people to update the site URL? Thank you.
