Can't Change WordPress Settings

  • I’ve had wordpress installed for about two months, and it works flawlessly. However, if I try to change my Blog Name in Settings > General, it simply disappears after I hit “Save”. No change at all.

    I’ve reinstalled WordPress via the updater.

    Help!

    EDIT: Also, changing options on my theme seem to fail to apply.
    EDIT2: Theme issues were due to WordPress SuperCache plugin, General settings still has issue
