Can't Change WordPress Address (URL)

If you can access you database, update it in wp_options table.change the value for siteurl and home.
another way could be to make changes in your wp-config.php
add these two lines
define( ‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘https://example.com/wordpress’ );
define( ‘WP_HOME’, ‘https://example.com’ );

Thanks for the response. I took a look, and those are already set to the proper URL (https://www.jwsuretybonds.com/blog/). However, within the WP general settings the WordPress Address (URL) still reflects https://www.jwsuretybonds.com/blog.

Any ideas?
