Can’t change title /news page

Hello! Great plugin
But i need help with /news page. I can’t edit this page, can’t change the page title, can’t change h1. The problem is that i need to translate these words in my native language and i can’t. Please help

ok, title is from Neve pfge template, but “News” from your plugin
I changed it in Loco Translator
But still can’t change the breadcrumbs
