Can’t change tickets quantity when not logged in

    I’ve installed the Events Calendar and Events Ticket plugins (not pro versions of either), and I can only seem to be able to buy tickets (as a user) when I’m logged in myself to the website. So I know the functionality works, but we want visitors to be able to land on the page and buy without being pre-registered. The increase quantity button just doesn’t work. I’ve searched through loads of help topics and cannot find anything to help. Any advice greatly received on this as we’re due to go live imminently!

    Hi @hchulbert,

    Issues like this are typically related to caching and/or optimization.

    That said, I was able to add a ticket and proceed to the Checkout just now, as shown in this screenshot.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I parked it and came back to it later with fresh eyes, and it was indeed an issue with the Siteground Optimizer plugin. Once I turned off “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” then it strated working. I’ll leave this here in case anyone else comes across this issue and cn’t find a resolution when searching like I did! ??

    Hi guys, this sounds similar to an issue I’m having with tickets for paid members only in a MemberPress/WooCommerce/Event Tickets setup. Thought maybe I’d ask here before creating my own post:

    I have WP Rocket installed for site optimization and I’m thinking of looking for something similar to what @hchulbert did. Where was this setting in Sitegound? Might help me figure out where to look in WP Rocket.
