Can't change theme, only default works (unexpected T_PUBLIC)

    Calendar works fine with default theme, but if I attempt to change to any of the others the page breaks on the front end. And by breaks I mean is just a white screen, I’ve included the PHP fatal error below. If I switch back to Vortex 2.0.0-core its fine, but I really need to style my own theme.

    Using plugin version 2.1.7
