Can’t change the permalink

It’s putting the -2 at the end because there are already slugs for ‘tick-immune-support’ and ‘ ‘tick-immune-support-1’ – these need to be unique.

Where can I edit the slugs? We need only the one with ‘tick-immune-support

It seems like if I open this U|RL :
https://zenmenhealth.com/product/tick-immune-support

It’s redirecting it to:
https://zenmenhealth.com/product/tick-immune-support-2

First please search in media library and make sure no images exist with this name “tick-immune-support” after that find the plugin that is redirecting it to different URL and remove the redirect and then save the permalink again.

You can find the causing plugin by doing a complete conflict test.
