Can’t change the options, loading time

    Hello,
    on my website https://www.vernondentist.com/, only the default settings of the Popups – WordPress Popup plugin are working. Any of my changes through the settings/editor of the pop up, are not reflecting. Thus, I changed the colors through style.css but how can change some other options, like changing the loading time?
