Unfortunately, this is a known issue reported by other users. The button gradients don’t appear to save in the customizer. The developers are working on a fix, but a timeline has not been established. Thank you for the video, I’ve provided it to the developers to provide additional insight.
I can see on our internal tracker that this has been declined by the development team.
