    OK, so i’ve spoken again to Stripe and this is their response…

    “I hate to be the bearer of these lines, but I’m afraid as per deep investigation, there’s nothing Stripe can do to update the business since it’s how it’s coded, and it’s via the platform or app you’re using.”

    We’re going around in circles here. Please can you look into this further for me?

    @lobsterdm they keep telling you it’s our plug-in but have they actually given any evidence that that’s the case? Have they pointed you to a specific place in their documentation where a company name can be sent via their API? If not ask them to do that because that’s the only way you’re going to get a real answer.

    It should be very simple, if it is the plug-in then where in the documentation can the company name be sent via the API?

    Hi, since my last message they have found the cause. It’s out of date business name on the account they set up originally with Klana so they will liaise the klarna to get it updated
