    Hello @garrz77,

    We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding and for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We attempted to check your site, but it seems that access to your site has been restricted. We saw the page Página en Construcción, which prevented us from checking the menu you mentioned. Could you temporarily disable this so that we can view it?

    We also tried it on our end, and we were able to change the menu text color. We are concerned that this issue might be caused by a conflict with one of the plugins you have installed. Could you try disabling all plugins except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit? If the issue disappears, it means one of the plugins is causing the problem.

    For now, this is all we can suggest. We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank You

    Hi, thanks for the reply, I′ve change the main page so you can check the problem now, I′ve tried to do what you said about the plugins and didn′t work either.

    Can you please check it now to see if there′s any solution? Thanks

    Hello @garrz77,

    We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding and thank you for temporarily granting us access; we are now able to view it.

    Upon our inspection, it seems you have configured the link text color settings in the Column widget. Could you please provide us with a screenshot showing the options you modified?

    If you change it in the Column widget, the appearance should look like the image below.

    We recommend that you make the changes in the JKit - Nav Menu widget. Under Style -> Menu Item Style, you will find the option Item Text Normal Color. You can modify this option to change the menu text color.

    For now, this is all we can suggest. We hope this answer helps.

    Thank You

    Nothing.

    I′ve tried everything, changing every option to white, reinstalling themes, wordpress… And nothing, I also notice that the type doesn′t change neither, It′s always static, doesn′t get any change.

    Hello @garrz77,

    Thank you for providing the screenshot.

    We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding. Could you please save those changes so that we can see them as well? From what we see, the structure hasn’t changed yet.

    If you have saved the changes, we believe this issue might be caused by cache or optimization features on your site. To verify, you can try clearing all the cache and disabling any optimization features. These features are typically provided by third-party plugins. If it’s coming from a plugin, you can simply deactivate the plugin to disable the cache and optimization on your site.

    If you’ve done this but the issue persists, try regenerating the Elementor Data & CSS. You can do this from the Elementor -> Tools menu, as shown in the image below.

    Screenshot-2024-05-17-at-11-34-05

    Elementor also has a cache feature for each element. You can try disabling Element Caching by going to the Elementor -> Settings -> Features menu.

    We hope these steps help resolve the issue.

    Thank You

    @fauzanjegstudio

    I’m having this issue as well. Default install, no caching plugins, disabled elementor caching like you said, regenerated files, etc.

    I can’t find what is setting the following css:
    .jeg-elementor-kit.jkit-nav-menu .jkit-menu-wrapper .jkit-menu li>a{
    padding: 15px 15px 15px 15px;
    color: #000;
    font-size: 14px;
    font-weight: 400;
    width: 100%;
    }

    I’ve set the color in the menu configuration titled: “Item Text Normal Color”, even tried setting a background color but I do not see anything css changes being applied to that selector. I can’t find where that padding is being set either. Any ideas?

    @fauzanjegstudio

    Nevermind Fauzan, I figured it out. Turns out I didn’t have a menu created. Made a menu and assigned it to the element and now it’s showing correctly.

    How did you create the menu?

    Hello @kibet200,

    We apologize for the delay in our response and for the inconvenience you have experienced. Are you unable to see the Menus option under the Appearance menu?

    Screenshot-2024-02-22-at-11-36-13

    If you cannot see it, we recommend switching to a non-FSE theme like Hello Elementor. Since WordPress 5.9, WordPress has a feature called FSE (Full Site Editing) where the structure and menu creation process are different.
