Can’t change test mode to live mode

Hi there!

To get Stripe working in production, you’ll need to do two things:

1. Make sure production keys are filled in
2. Make sure Enable test mode is not selected

All it’s OK.

Those options should solve it.

The next step is to create a ticket at woocommerce.com and include admin credentials so that we can take a look at your site. Could you please do that and then let me know the ticket number?

I have exactly the same issue. Everything is set to “live” mode, either in Stripe dashboard and Woocommerce checkout option. The live API key are also correct, but Stripe is still showing “TEST MODE” on checkout page.

We’ve had similar reports of this issue recently. Each time, it’s turned out to be a conflict with another plugin. Would you all mind testing with only WooCommerce and Stripe enabled while using the Twenty Sixteen theme? At least one case has been narrowed down to an incompatibility with WPML.

Since I’ve updated the Woocommerce Stripe Payment Gateway to its latest version, I’m back to TEST mode again.
This morning, I’ve updated WPML to its latest version and it worked again for few minutes. Now, the TEST mode is back again… the only way to make it working is to disable WPML.
So I double confirm that there is an incompatibility between WPML and Woocommerce Stripe Gateway.

I’m really looking for help.
