Can't change site's primary admin

I have WordPress multisite running and have tried twice to change the primary admin on one site to the client. She never receives the email asking her to accept the role, so I continue to get email she needs to receive. She has tried checking spam folders — the WordPress email confirming acceptance of the admin role just never arrives. Is there any other way to replace my email address with hers on the general settings page?
