Can’t change Site Language

  • Hi there! We’re having trouble changing our site’s default language from Polish to English.

    In the backend, Settings -> General, the ‘Site Language’ is Polski. If I choose English (US) from the drop down and hit ‘save changes’, I get confirmation that the changes have been saved but the Site language is still Polski.

    We’ve been troubleshooting this for months and would welcome some guidance. Our theme is called ‘The7.’ thank you!

  • Are you using any multilingual plugin? (i.e WPML or something else?)
    Can you please share your admin panel screen shot?(After changing the site language to English)

    3) Paste the URL here

    Hi Firoz,

    Thanks for your help. Looks like the issue is being caused by WPML so we’ll have to go back to their support. We have WPML set to English but for some reason it’s changing the default of the site to Polish.
