Can't change settings or add posts etc.

    Hi
    Installed WordPress as usual – according to host (GoDaddy) there are no install errors BUT I can’t change any settings or add pages/posts – I can access WP admin but when I go to ‘save settings’ or ‘publish’ it just hangs. All my other WordPress sites (also hosted with godaddy) are fine

    Any ideas?
