Can't change settings?

hi ad injection team, i wanted to change my ad code, but i get an timeout, i’ve changed my apache settings on the VPS (timeout 120sec) but it doesn’t help. Even deactivating the plugin will still show the old ad units in the pages.
Also i can’t remove it, it also gives an time out -> connection reset error.
Please help me!
