Can't Change Settings

    Hi Josh,

    Thanks for the great plugin. I’m having a bit of a problem in that I can’t seem to change the slide height and width from the original settings.

    I originally published some slides at the original settings (900 x something?). Now, I’d like to publish some slides at 1070 x 200, but even though I change the settings, the slides still publish at 900 x whatever.

    Just wondering where this information is stored in the database. I’m fine with going in and editing it. Otherwise, not sure what the problem might be. I don’t have a caching plugin.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincere thanks.

    Hi, the settings are changing, but that only effects the slideshow dimensions and the size of future slide images. The slide images are cropped to fit the slideshow when they are uploaded, if you have changed the slideshow dimensions, re-upload the slide images and they will be sized correctly.

    Thanks for the quick response. I’ve actually tried deleting the slides and re-uploading them several times, but I haven’t had any success with that yet.

    I guess I could try deleting the files from the media library and re-uploading them there. Is this what you meant?

    No, deleting the files won’t help, only re-uploading new ones. But maybe there is something else going on, can you post a link?
