Can't change Profile ID in Plugin

Hello Gary, if you have installed AddThis Share plugin, please change the profile id from Share Plugin.

Mee too, but don’t want to have AddThis Share plugin but I had AddThis SmartLayers Plugin only.

Hello Watch Teller, unfortunately with SmartLayer plugin, we made the pub id independent from the rest of our plugins. So pub id in Smart layer plugin wont be taken by the Welcome bar plugin.

@watch Teller: Sorry if we confused you. You needn’t require a different profile ID from Smart Layer plugin. Infect we recommend having same profile ID in a single website.

What we intended to convey was that the publisher Id you enter in Smart Layer plugin will not have any effect in the welcome bar plugin. So to control the publisher ID in Welcome bar plugin, you may have to install Share plugin, and to hide the share buttons, you can disable buttons above/below posts.

We understand this is an overhead for most of the users and we are cooking up something which will take care of this in future. Until then, you may have to install Share plugin to have your Pub id in the welcome Bar.
