Can’t change product quantity after upload a file on cart

@bitfireadmin I have checked it, the product quantity can be changed after uploading the file. Please provide the screenshot of your settings page.

You can test it on our demo page.

I tried on your demo and you have the same error. After uploading the PDF or the file, you can’t change the quantity.
