Can't change picture

Alexander, you’re probably looking for the ‘featured’ image, which is on the righthand side of the admin page when you are editing a post or page.

Please go to Dashboard>Pages> your page name

on the right sidebar furhter below Publish/update button, you could set/remove featured images, as per your requirement

I can’t. I also run it in Swedish and image in Swedish is “Bild”. That word is nowhere.

At the top of your screen on your right hand side you have a “Screen Options” drop-down menu. Make sure that “Featured Image”, or its equivalent in Swedish, is selected. You should then find it in your lower right hand screen area, below the widgets in your print screen image.
