Can't change permalink structure.

    I’m having a bit of an issue with my wordpress template.

    I moved the entire site from a different location (a subdirectory on the server) to the root directory, and my permalink structure got reset to default somehow.

    Now when I go back to changing the option on the permalink page I get a broken confirmation page that looks like this: https://puu.sh/ox8Ot/502ecf83d6.jpg and I have no idea how to fix this issue.

    Anyone have any insights?
