Can’t change number of products per row

    Hello all,

    I’m completely new using wordpress and themes.

    I’m using Woocommerce and I wanted to add more products per line and have more than 2 lines of products displayed.

    So I changed the options to have 6 products per line and 36 products per page but there’s no effect when viewing my site.

    So I chanded my theme to Storefront to check if Astra was the problem but the problem remains.

    What else could I check ?

    Why Wocommerce plugin is the 8.5.2

    It looks like setting the “Product per row” is not playing nicely on your end, correct?

    As a first step, can you please navigate to?WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following to see if this makes any difference:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients?–?Clear
    • Clear template cache?–?Clear

    Next, please clear your browser cache and then check if these products are now being displayed correctly.

    If that makes no difference, I’d like to take a closer look at your sites current environment, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Hello Roxy and thanks very much for your complete answer ??

    In the meantime I found the problem : there was another addon called ‘ThePlus Settings’ which overwrited the ‘base’ settings.

    Everything’s fine now ??
