Can't change Meta Robots Index

  • Hi,

    I’m having trouble submitting to Google and Bing because it keeps saying I’m blocking them with a robots.txt file but there is none. When I try to select the default for post type, curently “index or “index”, then select Follow and None on the home page, and publish, it keeps jumping back to No Snippet. Why is this happening? Thanks
