Can't change Media Settings size

  • The pictures on my product page (https://www.designbyjelle.dk) are blurry – I hope that I can fix it by changing the Media Settings so it match WooCommerce picture sizes.

    If I go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Media’ and change the sizes and click ‘Save Changes’ the sizes are changing back to default. But why?

    I hope that someone can help me.

  • Hello SiaJ,

    Woocommerce is an excellent plugin, I use it for all of my e-commerce needs. Any time that my images have come out blurry the fault has been with the images size being too small prior to being uploaded. Woocommerce will resize them to fit the uniform size for all of the products. Also, I’ve found that changing the “WordPress” media settings does not change the “woocommerce” media settings.

    Thanks for you reply, and it could be a good reason.
    However, my pictures are 722 x 1024px – and they are sharp on the single product page (which also have a zoom function, where you can see the good quality of the picture).

    It’s only on the front page with all the products, where the pictures come out blurry.
    Do you have other suggestions what can course this?
