    Hi @anthonyflibustiers

    I hope you’re well today!

I understand that we are referring to user registration form made with Forminator.

The message can be changed in “After submission” behavior settings in “Behavior” section of form configuration, like this:

    2023-01-25_11-54-52

I’m assuming that this is what you have already changed, correct?

If you look at this setting is there only a single “behavior” added (similarly to my screenshot) or are there more of them?

If there’s only one, make sure to re-save (update) the form and then clear all caches on site and server as this may be directly related. If that doesn’t solve the issue, please export the form and share with us so we could check it.

    To do that:
    – go to the “Forminator -> Forms” page
    – select “Export” option from the drop-down menu under the little “gear” icon next to the form in question
    – put export code at pastebin.com and post direct link to it in your response below.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hi @anthonyflibustiers

I imported your form into my lab site and I was able to replicate same issue. I made a fresh register form and it seems to work fine. It seems that your form got corrupted somehow and it cannot save changes in correct way.

I pinged our SLS Team to review your form.

Please note re-creating form from scratch could be faster as our SLS Team deals with more complicated issues, so it may take a little longer for them to reply.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi again @anthonyflibustiers

I have made additional research and this is a known issue and is going to be fixed on Forminator 2.0.

    Please take a look here:
