Can’t change header color anymore

    I simply want to change the header color, where my navigation menu is, and this goddamn theme won’t let me. It worked several days ago, but only after making every possible change to every possible place the color could be set in the “Customize” settings. I had to change the color in the main header, the sticky header, the transparent header, the top, main, and bottom rows in the header builder, for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. After randomly fiddling with all of those settings, the color finally changed. Now I can’t change it again, no matter how I try. I uninstalled the them and reinstalled, but it buries settings in the WP database, and I’ve deleted some of those entries but it wasn’t enough. If I have to delete the whole fucking database, I might, since the site is new, but I’ll lose what I’ve done so far. Any advice?

    Can you please specify exactly what color you’re wanting your header to be, as well as link to the site that you’re working on so we can provide specific instructions to accomplish what you’re after?

    I’m so sorry. It was late at night and I was very frustrated. Sorry for the anger and thank you for your kind response.

    I ended up deleting every entry in the database that had “kadence” in the record. That basically blew up the site, but I hadn’t created much content yet anyway. I uninstalled and reinstalled the theme, installed the starter pack with content, and then it worked again. I’m ok now. In the end, I realize maybe a plugin, perhaps jetpack, was interfering with making changes. I had cleared the site cache many times, but I should have also turned off other plugins to try making the changes.
