Can’t change from name and email

Hi!

I’m trying to change the “from” email and name, but I simply can’t. I have already tried using specific plugins to force, forcing with wp smtp, and even in functions.php, but I simply can’t change it.

I took a look at the database and it shows the right email, but I can’t understand why it doens’t send the emails right.

Any ideas?
