Can’t change dimensions for medium-sized images

    I am trying to change the dimensions for medium-sized images in “media settings.” But no matter what I do the dimensions for media-sized images stay the same. I am using the regenerate thumbnail plugin. I do not have this problem if I change the dimensions for large-sized images.
