Can’t change default flag to my custom flag

Hi! I need to change default english (en_GB) flag to my custom english flag. I followed this guide https://polylang.pro/doc/can-i-use-my-own-flags-for-the-language-switcher/ , but with no success. I created new folder in /wp-content/polylang/ and upload file named ‘en_GB.png’ and save changes in settings. Then i tried almost everything. I tried using pll_custom_flag PHP filter, but again with no success. I tried both png and jpg files (lowercase file suffix). Tried different widths and heights, tried clear cache and different browsers. Everything with no success.

What is weird: I had to create new folder (as it’s stated in guide above). When this wasn’t worked i tried to found another folders named ‘polylang’… but there are no such a folders. It look like i haven’t polylang plugin in my ftp at all – (screen of my ftp plugin folder) https://ibb.co/hBrCns2 – There is no polylang folder in plugins folder or theme folder. But i can see it in wordpress, i can change settings and all. What could be wrong?
